IS THAT ALL YOU THOUGHT WAS TRUE AND SINCERE

JUST MIGHT NOT BE THAT CLEAR

THINGS JUST MAY NOT BE AS THEY SEEM TO APPEAR

FROM THE START WE'RE TOLD LIES

TAUGHT NOT TO QUESTION OR LEARN

BUT WE MUST SEE THROUGH THEIR GUISE

TO THEM WE'RE OF NO CONCERN

ABOUT US THEY ONLY HAVE ONE CARE

THEY REALLY DON'T WANT US TO FIND OUT

THE TRUTH THEY WILL NEVER SHARE

THEY DON'T WANT US TO START TO DOUBT

THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM

THEY JUST WANT TO RULE AND CONTROLL US

FOR US TO LIVE IN A DREAM

KEEPING US IN LINE SO WE DON'T CAUSE A FUSS

BUT IF YOU TRUELY OPENED YOUR EYES

AND READ THE WORDS BETWEEN THE LINES

NOTHING THAT I TELL YOU WOULD BE OF SURPRISE

YOU'D NO LONGER BE UNDER THEIR CONFINES

FREEDOM IS WHAT YOU WOULD EARN

TO LIVE IN THE TRUTH AND LIGHT

THIS IS WHAT WE ALL TRUELY YEARN

BUT TO GET IT WE HAVE TO FIGHT

BY STAYING THE SAME

IN YOUR IGNORANCE AND BLISS

THEN YOU MUST SHARE THE BLAME

FOR KEEPING THE WORLD THE WAY IT IS

YOU CANT ESCAPE

THAT YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILTY

TO THE CHILDREN THAT YOU'LL HELP SHAPE

TO LEARN TO LIVE THEIR LIVES WITHOUT OUR HOSTILITY

WE SHOULD BE TRYING TO BETTER THEIR LIFE

BY FIRSTLY GETTING OURSELVES OUT OF OUR CURRENT MESS

SO THEY DONT EXPERIENCE STRIFE

AND HAVE A LIFE WITHOUT WORRY OR STRESS

WE MUST ALL HELP TO BRING ABOUT A BETTER FUTURE

BY CHANGING THIS WORLD WHILE WE CAN

THE YOUNG AND UNBORN NEED TO BE SURE

THAT THEY WON'T BE FORCED TO LIVE UNDER THE SAME OLD PLAN

SO I ASK OF YOU

TO DO WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

MAKE THIS WORLD FOR THE MANY AND NOT THE FEW

AND STOP LIVING AS IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE

I CANT PAINT THE PICTURE ANY CLEARER

TELL YOU ANYTHING I HAVENT ALLREADY SAID

I JUST HOPE YOU COME A LITTLE NEARER

TO NOT BEING SO EASILY LED

I wrote the above poem for certain people who will remain nameless but who may know who they are should they ever happen to read it. In it I'm not trying to sound as though I am better than anyone, it is an honest plea for people to even try to see the world as it is through my eyes for a while then I'd hope that they would understand that even though they think I talk rubbish some of what I try to put across may just have a point and would be worth considering, I know and admit that I may have some things wrong and don’t see everything clearly or without distortion but I honestly don't think what I believe is all wrong and also I go with my feelings. I use my intuition more than my mind and when I am researching some of the subjects which I am interested in I always try to use my discernment and I don’t believe everything I read as if its the gospel, rather I try to allow my mind to open up to the possibility that some of what I'm being shown may have some element of truth to it so its worth keeping it in mind when forming opinions and mindsets about what I'm looking into at the time. I don't have all/or any definitive answers but I would ask people who listen to me not just dismiss what I'm saying as untrue or fabricated because I would like to know what kind of person they think I am if they believe that I have just came up with a lot of the information I'm sharing myself and whether they really think that I would create what I'm telling them in my own head then try to mislead them by selling it as fact, rather I'd hope that those who know me would consider me to be a trustworthy and honest man who only talks about stuff that he knows about and if I state something as a fact then it is because I haven’t just made it up but gathered it from a reliable source, I would just like to remind them of the quote "Just because you don't believe it doesn’t mean it isn’t the truth." I would never try to force anyone around to my viewpoint as that’s against everything I believe in but I would appreciate if they just listened to what I have to say and then if they question something they go and use their own resources and research the subject a little bit so their sure that what I say is untrue and if somebody came back to me with proof that I was talking rubbish about a particular point and showed me the true information I would honestly and happily accept their viewpoint and change what I say about it in the future to reflect the truth.

I hope people understand from what I've written where I am really coming from and come to realise I am not coming as an enemy trying to ruin everybody's day by telling them bad news but rather the information I am trying to pass on would actually free them and make them happier people as finding out and realising the truth about anything eventually always makes you feel better about the world and yourself, I am in no way trying to bind anyone with passing on facts that are going to make their life any worse to live.

And the last thing I would like to say is I don't worry about the things that I believe to be true and stress out that the world's going to get worse and our lives will become unbearable because Jesus clearly says do not worry about these things as they must come to pass, but rather I just get on with my life trying to be happy as I'll deal with these problems when I come to them and I wish that everyone I encounter can also live a worry free and happy life as God has promised he'll provide for us in times of trouble.

I would like to end this by saying the reason I've got such an open mind to new information is because I fully believe in God and believe he has freed my mind to be able to accept things that otherwise I would dismiss out of fear or ignorance and I can do this because I know God loves me. experiencing God’s love makes you feel whole and complete and gives you a freedom which you can never understand unless you've experienced the Lord and his mercy and grace and I urge everybody who reads this to just consider for a moment that God just may be real and hopefully they would have a revelation and would be able to experience salvation because as the bible says "If God's for you, who can be against you". I am going to shut up now as I don't want to come across as if I'm preaching too much and would just like to say thank you for reading and to feel free to leave a comment good or bad as all opinions are joyfully received and appreciated.
